I bought a Sportage 2020 from Kia Spinelli in March 2023. I got great service from everyone that I dealt with in the Sales Dept., felt heard and valued as to what I wanted with no hidden agenda. The After Sale Service Dept. has been just as amazing! From the people who have served me to the job required, and to having the extra bonus of having a shuttle service when you have to work and leave your car. Now that’s what I call complete full service! Check this dealer out, you will not be disappointed!

Better for me to post this publicly since talking to the Service employees just results with them saying the same thing over and over again. I’ve taken my new 2023 kia (which I purchased earlier this year) 6 times already to Kia Spinelli, for the same issue every time. My backseat latch is defective which results with the seat rattling loudly. The first few visits they said that they fixed the issue, yet it was still the same. 4th visit I literally sat in the waiting room for over 2 hours just for them to tell me that they “ordered the wrong part” and that they’ll order the correct part and call me to schedule an appointment within a week. 2 WHOLE MONTHS pass so I decide to call them, and they tell me that they thought they’d called me already? So I go there for my 5th visit and they tell me that they ordered the wrong part AGAIN. Two weeks pass and I receive a call that they received the proper part this time, which led to my 6th visit yesterday. I dropped off the car and came back to pick it up after hours when services were closed, and the form said that they confirmed my issue and that they replaced the part and fixed it. I thought it was finally done and fixed. I turn on my car and start driving… the sound is still there loud and clear. I wasted all these months and time from my work on this joke of service. I’m really not sure what to do next, as I’m fully convinced that if I come again, they’ll just lie to my face one more time and tell me that they fixed it.

For over a year I’d been looking for a Chevy bolt premier with no luck, until I seen a listing online that Spinelli Kia had the exact car I’d spent so much time searching for and waiting on a factory order to come through. I live in Ontario but thanks to the help of Renzo the whole process of bringing an out of province car to Ontario was incredibly smooth and they handled basically everything for me. He even picked me up at the rental car outlet and brought me to the dealer. Once there Alicia helped me through the paperwork in a timely manner as I had another appointment after. The car was exactly as advertised and I couldn’t be happier, I can’t say enough good things about Renzo and Alicia. If you live near their dealer or even if your out of province they’ll make the process of getting you into your next car easy and stress free.

The staff are always polite and courteous. They were extra punctual this autumn with everything they had to do to my Rondo, and it was ready by 1PM. Always great service and my car looks great. A special thanks to Andy, the service manager, who personally took care of the paperwork, when I left my car to be serviced.

Working in the automotive industry myself, particularly at a Porsche dealership, my expectations are naturally high. However, the efficiency and professionalism displayed by Gennaro at Kia Spinelli truly surpassed even my stringent standards. Gennaro stood out with his kindness and efficiency. Despite offering a shuttle service, I opted to wait as he confidently assured me that my tire change and maintenance would take approximately 2 hours. Remarkably, he was spot on with the timeline, and I was taken in even earlier than my scheduled appointment. What impressed me most was the transparency in the billing process. There were no unnecessary upsells or overpriced items—just a fair and straightforward approach. As someone accustomed to the standards of Porsche service, I can genuinely say that Kia Spinelli's service department, under Gennaro’s guidance, delivered a remarkable experience.
